At Koventra Store, customer satisfaction is our priority.

- We offer a 4-day return and refund policy from the date your order is delivered.

- To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

- Returns will not be accepted for items that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging.

- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 4 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
